National Employee Conference

Each fall, Youth Villages hosts a national employee conference in Memphis.

Staff from around the country gathers together for special training sessions, nationally acclaimed motivational speakers, entertainment and socializing.

The employee conference provides opportunities for professional development, networking, team-building and supportive discussion, all in a relaxed environment where employees can let their hair down, enjoy some night life and make friends with other members of the organization.

Employees also have a chance to hear from Youth Villages leadership and meet with children and families who share their experiences under our care as well as their successful outcomes.
