YV 360 has three development components:
Professional Development Most of the personal and professional development you’ll get in YV 360 will happen in weekly supervision meetings and the monthly YV 360 Member Consultation. The Member Consultations consist of activities such as:
- Book/Reading Discussions
- Discussions about job advances/barriers
- Goal Setting
- Networking with YV Leadership
- Group Projects
- Leadership Training Application
At month five you’ll be paired with a mentor from Youth Villages’ leadership staff. This professional mentor will act as an additional support to give career advice and guidance, as well as help you sharpen skills to advance your career at the company.
Clinical Development As part of your development as a clinician in YV 360, you’ll have YV 360 Member Consultations that focus on sharpening crucial clinical skills that will further enhance success in your role and at Youth Villages. Youth Villages’ Clinical Services leadership will enhance your understanding and knowledge of the clinical treatment of youth in our programs at Youth Villages.
Leadership Development You’ll have the opportunity to sharpen and develop leadership skills as part of the YV 360 program through a leadership retreat, trainings, and networking and learning from current leaders in consultations.

- Week-long New Hire Orientation
- 40-hour On-the-Job Training
- Re-Ed Program Model Training
- Weekly Treatment Team Meeting
