Rhonda Stempkovski, State Director of Community Based Programs – Mississippi

Rhonda Stempkovski is the State Director of Mississippi Community-based Programs.

She began her career with Youth Villages in 2001 as an Intercept Specialist in Paris, Tennessee.  She then moved to the Cookeville, Tennessee office where she was promoted to supervisor. Stempkovski became a consultant for the Nashville Intercept program, and later became a consultant-coach before joining the clinical services program manager team.   She has been involved in Mississippi programs for the past 8 years, including assisting in the development of the MYPAC model along with other service lines in Mississippi.

Stempkovski holds a bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University in Psychology and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University.  She is licensed as a professional counselor in both Tennessee and Mississippi.
