Nicole’s career with Youth Villages began 19 years ago on the Dogwood Campus as a master level counselor, where she also served as a program manager working with children and adolescents struggling with severe emotional disturbance, problem sexual behavior and other complex mental health disorders.
She also worked in our Therapeutic Foster Care Program, where she led teams as a Regional Supervisor.
Her leadership role was expanded in 2010 when she was promoted to campus director, a role she held for eight years. Nicole advanced to regional director in 2018 and would then oversee the Deer Valley Campus in Linden, Tennessee, West Tennessee Group Homes, Dogwood Residential Campus, Spiritual Life programming and the Education Department.
In her most recent role as executive director, Nicole is responsible for overseeing program operations for professional staff and ensuring high-fidelity treatment in our programs. Nicole has more than 20 years of experience in therapeutic foster care, mental health care service provision and residential programming.
She is an alumni of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and she holds a Bachelor of Science and a master’s degree in criminology.
