Youth Villages expanded into California when it merged with the Camellia Network to create the LifeSet Network in 2015. LifeSet Network is a nonprofit crowdfunding and social support platform helping former foster children. The website allows participants to help young people transitioning out of foster care attain their goals by crowdfunding needs registries the young people have designated essential to achieving a particular goal.
