Boys Center for Intensive Residential Treatment

Youth Villages’ renowned center for intensive residential treatment is located on our beautiful Bartlett Campus just outside Memphis. This advanced center is an expansive, hardware-secured residential environment designed to meet the needs of the treatment, educational and health needs of boys ages 9-17 with severe emotional and behavioral problems.

A child-to-staff radio of 3:1 allows Youth Villages to provide intensive treatment while maintaining a level of safety that creates an environment of trust. Video cameras strategically placed throughout the building also support a setting where child safety is the utmost priority. Large, open spaces filled with natural light help alleviate the institutional quality often associated with programs featuring this level of intensity and security.

Our goal is to return children to a less restrictive environment to continue their progress through another Youth Villages campus, intensive in-home services, with their family when possible, or therapeutic foster care when it is not.
