Reverend Robert Earl Jones  is an ordained minister of Hill Chapel Missionary Church in Memphis. Mr. Jones is Western regional president of the Tennessee Baptist Missionary & Education Convention and an instructor for the National Baptist Congress, USA Inc. Governor Phil Bredesen appointed Mr. Jones to the Ministerial Advisory Board in 2005. Mr. Jones also serves on the board of Serving Needs As Promised (SNAP). Through his church, he has established several community outreach ministries, among them a prison and a neighborhood ministry.
