Mamie Terrell Jones has been serving as interagency services grant coordinator at the Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County since the fall of 2007. She previously held the position of volunteer services coordinator with the Volunteer Services Bureau/Auxiliary Probation Service and prior to that, served as truancy coordinator in corrective service at the Probation Department. Jones began her professional career as a probation counselor, counseling children and their families in social and legal issues. She holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from The University of Memphis. Jones has been serving on the Commission on Missing and Exploited children for a year.
