Deer Valley Campus Located on 1,029 acres of wooded and gently rolling hills near Linden, Tennessee, Deer Valley offers mental health services to boys between the ages of 11 and 18. A flowing stream helps create a picturesque setting for the nature paths, which wind throughout the campus. Boys live in residential cabins that are perched on a hillside not far from the dining/activities center and counseling services building. While at Deer Valley, children receive intensive counseling designed to help them learn to live successfully at home. They attend our state-approved campus school. |
Deer Valley Campus School All Youth Villages campus schools are accredited and provide a unique environment for troubled children to receive the individualized support they need to catch up on academic learning while addressing their emotional and behavioral problems at the same time. Small classrooms allow teachers to spend one-on-one time with their students and to take the time to help a child work through the tough issues that keep them from being able to focus entirely on academic learning. |
Deer Valley Campus Life At Deer Valley, children live in log cabins with other children their age, supervised by staff. |
Campus Activities The Deer Valley Campus premises include a brand-new basketball court, a vegetable garden, a wood-working room and an outdoors activities gazebo. |
