Youth Villages is making a difference for children and families in a growing number of states across the country. We offer counselors a wide range of clinical opportunities in different programs and treatment settings. Counselors can choose an entry job from any of our programs and then move within the organization on a number of career tracks. Leadership opportunities are available in clinical, administrative or support areas.
