Then you’re ready for YV 360, the Youth Villages program designed to be the premier early career development program for emerging social services professionals.
YV 360 members work alongside other experienced and new staff in our Residential (Memphis, Tenn. area) or Intensive In-Home Services programs (in Memphis, Tenn., Knoxville, Tenn., or Woburn, Mass.). More locations may be added for 2012-2013.
This program helps you learn your new position while maximizing your potential as a clinician and leader. You will get full-time salary and benefits, but YV 360 is not just about a job, it's about a group of people with a shared vision to challenge themselves to change the lives of children and families and help Youth Villages change the face of the child welfare system in our country.
Positions have been filled for the 2012-2013 program. We will begin accepting applications for 2013-2014 in the fall.
