Jennifer Queen is director of legal recruitment at McKenna Long & Aldridge and previously served the company as director of hiring and professional development. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas and holds a certificate in paralegal training. She is an active member of the National Association for Legal Professionals, especially the task force on Women in Leadership, and has served the organization in various leadership roles, such as Southeast Director of the organization’s board of directors, among others. Queen and her husband, Brian, have a 5-year-old daughter.
