Internships with Youth Villages

Youth Villages offers undergraduate and graduate students in social work, psychology, or related fields an internship experience that is challenging, relevant to your studies and future career – and a lot of fun. Interns work alongside Youth Villages' professional staff to make a difference in the lives of seriously troubled children. Most interns work on our residential campuses or group homes in Memphis, Nashville or Linden, Tennessee.

Paid Summer Internships
Paid Summer Internships During the summer, internships are 40 hours a week for 10 weeks and are paid. The Summer Intern Program application deadline is Jan. 1. Our summer staff receive invaluable hands-on experience working with troubled youth. Summer interns who work in Memphis can take advantage of university housing for out-of-town students as well as organized group activities and outings to Graceland, Civil Rights Museum, and a smashing intern bash to ensure you have plenty of fun things to do.
