Stephanie Grissom, Program Director - Middle Tennessee

Stephanie Grissom

As director of Youth Villages’ Middle Tennessee programs, Stephanie Grissom, LPC-MHSP, oversees all satellite Middle Tennessee offices and programs, including foster care, YVLifeSet and Intercept, an intensive in-home service.

Grissom began her career at Youth Villages in 1999 as a family counselor. She was soon promoted to senior family counselor and went on to serve in the roles of clinical supervisor, regional supervisor, regional manager, and assistant director.

Grissom earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
