Stephanie Cole-Farris is the director of the Boys Center.
She began her career with Youth Villages in 1999 as an in-home specialist after completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology/biology from Christian Brothers University and her master’s in science from University of Tennessee in Memphis.
She worked her way to senior supervisor and obtained her LCSW while in the in-home program in 2003. That same year, Cole Farris assisted the launch of the Tennessee Specialized Crisis Program as the regional supervisor for West Tennessee, where she provided all levels of mental health crisis intervention and program oversight for five years.
After much time spent in community-based family services, she took an opportunity to return to residential services and joined the Boys Center as the assistant director of clinical services, where she provided both residential and clinical management and leadership.
