Nicole Fannin, Campus Director - Dogwood

Nicole Fannin

Nicole Fannin is director of the Youth Villages Dogwood Campus. Fannin joined Youth Villages in 2001 as a counselor. Since then, she has also served as program manager and regional supervisor for Youth Villages' foster care program. She holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in criminology.

While working at Youth Villages, Fannin also was a cheerleader for the Memphis Grizzlies for six seasons and before that, a cheerleader for the Memphis Redbirds.

Youth Villages is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to helping emotionally and behaviorally troubled children and their families live successfully. The EFR approach produces lasting success for children with success rates twice that of traditional services at one-third the cost of traditional care.
