Lori Sustek State Director of Community Based Programs - Massachusetts and New Hampshire

Lori Sustek is the state director of community-based programs for Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

She began her career at Youth Villages in 2006 by working in the Arlington, Virginia office that serves Washington, D.C. The next year she took the opportunity to move to her home state of Massachusetts to help the organization launch the Intercept program in New England.

Since then, Sustek has provided leadership in starting the YVLifeSet program, directing the Children’s Health Initiative In-home services and the launch of the organization’s continuum services. Since 2011, Sustek has served as assistant director of community-based services.

Sustek holds a bachelor’s degree from Clark University and a master’s degree in social work from Simmons College. She and her husband live in Tewksbury, Massachusetts with their son Wes.
