Jennifer Jones, Chief Marketing Officer

Jennifer Jones is the chief marketing officer for Youth Villages.

Before coming to Youth Villages, Jones spent more than 15 years in the hospitality industry. She was the senior director of luxury marketing for Hilton Worldwide, which includes Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts. She managed the overall brand and creative strategies and ensured global alignment and relevance in the luxury space. Prior to that, she worked as the director of brand marketing on the Embassy Suites brand for 10 years.

Originally from Chicago, Jones earned her master’s degree in integrated marketing at Northwestern University, with an emphasis on integrated marketing and communications. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in English at Pitzer College in Claremont, California.

Jones resides in Memphis, Tennessee, with her husband, Brent Jones and two children and two dogs.
