Jan Palmer, Campus Director - GCIRT

As Director of the Girls Center for Intensive Residential Treatment in Bartlett, Tennessee, Jan Palmer oversees, coordinates and evaluates all campus operations and personnel.

Palmer began her career at Youth Villages in 2001 as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist at the Bartlett Campus. Since joining Youth Villages, she has taken on a steady progression of roles and responsibilities, including Recreation Manager, Clinical Supervisor of Foster Care, Performance Improvement Specialist, Program Manager, Assistant Director of Residential and Assistant Director of West Tennessee Group Homes.

Palmer earned both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degree from Western Kentucky University. She and her husband, Scott, have one daughter, Adyson, and one son, Noah.
