Parent satisfaction surveys were conducted with a random sample of 2,214 parents. Fifty-two percent (1,151) responded.

Referral source satisfaction rates:
Referral source satisfaction surveys were conducted by a random sample of 276 referral sources. Ninety-five percent (263) responded.

97% satisfied with accessibility of SCS staff
93% satisfied with how the crisis was addressed
98% satisfied with SCS staff communication
95% satisfied with referral/care
97% satisfied with SCS staff knowledge and professionalism
